As an L&D Consultant at UNOCASA, you will act as a bridge between organizational challenges and performance-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive client needs assessments and comprehensive organizational diagnoses.
Design, develop, and implement tailored learning, leadership, and workforce development programs.
Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement, from drafting impactful proposals to delivering strategic presentations.
Actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing a strong client portfolio.
Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure our solutions produce measurable and lasting impacts.

Who We Are Looking For
