As the HR Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and a visible advocate for our staff. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage processes but champions our organizational culture, ensuring that our mission is reflected in every aspect of our people practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Advisory: Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Culture & Values: Lead initiatives that foster belonging, conduct culture health checks, and ensure company values are embedded in daily operations.
• HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all practices align with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
• Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programmes to support staff growth.
• HRIS Management: Leverage platforms like SeamlessHR to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the NGO or social enterprise sector.
• A professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using HRIS platforms, specifically SeamlessHR.
• Deep understanding of Nigerian labour law and best practices.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive employee relations with discretion and integrity.

We offer a competitive net salary range of NGN 500,000 - 550,000 per month and a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly shape the future of our organisation.
