Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Human Resources department, supporting core functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will ensure that our workplace remains compliant with labour laws while fostering a positive and productive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to the onboarding of new talent.
Oversee employee records, documentation, and compliance protocols.
Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding company policies and procedures.
Coordinate impactful learning and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.
Assist in payroll administration and workforce planning in collaboration with department managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience within a Human Resources function.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and current HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is highly desirable.
