The Opportunity: Group Head, Human Resources
As the Group Head, Human Resources, you will be the architect of our human capital function, providing strategic leadership that underpins the Group’s success. You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies covering a wide spectrum of critical areas:
- Workforce Planning: Strategically anticipating future talent needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Strategic HR Excellence
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of strategic HR functions:
- Developing and implementing the Group's overarching HR strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans.
- Leading all facets of human resources, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Championing talent management, leadership development, and retention strategies to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Ensuring strict compliance with labour laws, corporate governance requirements, HR policies, and regulatory standards, while expertly managing employee and industrial relations.
- Overseeing HR planning, budgeting, reporting, operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts across the Group.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders to facilitate organizational transformation, nurture a thriving corporate culture, and effectively manage strategic change initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For: Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of strategic leadership:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline is required. A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is essential.
- Experience: 10 - 20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility, ideally gained within diverse and complex environments such as manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry, or conglomerate settings.
