Role Overview
As a Wealth Manager at Nairapoint Finance Limited, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients grow and secure their wealth. You will be responsible for designing bespoke investment strategies, driving portfolio growth, and managing strong, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Meet with clients to understand their unique financial goals and provide tailored, actionable investment advice.
- Investment Planning: Create, implement, and continuously monitor both low-risk and high-yield investment plans customized to client risk appetites.
- Client Acquisition: Actively drive business development by bringing in new clients while nurturing and retaining existing relationships.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring financial markets, economic indicators, and emerging fintech trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in wealth management, banking, or the investment sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, understandable terms for clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable navigating mobile applications, CRM tools, and modern financial software platforms.
