The Opportunity: Your Role as an Accountant

As Culture Kitchen continues its exciting growth trajectory, we are looking for a skilled Accountant to be a cornerstone of our financial operations. This isn't just a back-office role; you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and strategic development of our unique establishment.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial records accurately and promptly.
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
• Contributing to strategic financial planning and forecasting to support the restaurant's expansion and profitability.
• Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard assets.

Who We're Looking For:

We are searching for a candidate who not only possesses strong accounting acumen but also aligns with the vibrant spirit of Culture Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are a significant advantage.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to accuracy and precision in all financial matters.

• Proficiency: Strong command of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
