Key Responsibilities: Driving Efficiency and Growth

As our Finance & Operations Manager, you will lead a diverse range of functions crucial to our success:

Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare precise monthly management accounts, comprehensive financial reports, detailed budgets, and accurate cash-flow forecasts. You will monitor revenue, expenditure, profitability, and meticulously analyze budget variances to ensure fiscal health.
Treasury & Account Management: Proactively manage accounts receivables and payables, handle reconciliations, and drive collections efficiently. You will also coordinate payroll processing, ensure timely statutory remittances, and meticulously prepare for audits.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution lifecycle. This includes monitoring stock movements, ensuring timely replenishment, optimizing product availability, and guaranteeing efficient order fulfillment.
Inventory Control & Optimization: Coordinate regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage issues related to damages, returns, and slow-moving inventory. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining effective controls over cash, expenditure, stock, and all company assets.
Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely purchasing and delivery schedules are met.
Strategic Insight & Process Improvement: Develop impactful financial and operational dashboards, providing clear, actionable recommendations to management. You will be a key driver in improving processes, controlling costs, and ensuring the achievement of agreed performance targets.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient service delivery across all operational functions.

Who We Are Looking For: Your Profile

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience in managing finance and operations, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, distribution, or another product-based business.
A strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, and robust internal controls.
Practical, hands-on experience in inventory accounting, procurement, and operational coordination.
Proficiency in Excel and various accounting software packages; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems will be a significant advantage.
Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable high integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
AnICAN or ACCA qualification is a distinct added advantage.

Remuneration: Your Rewards

This role offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise and contribution:

Salary: N300,000 monthly.
