Palladium, a global leader dedicated to the intentional creation of enduring social and economic value, is seeking expressions of interest for a visionary Team Leader for the upcoming Boost Africa Technical Facility Phase II. Operating in over 90 countries with a network of thousands of experts, Palladium helps governments, investors, and businesses solve the world's most pressing challenges and improve people's lives.
About the Programme
The Boost Africa Technical Facility (TAF) is an EIB-led initiative designed to strengthen Africa's early-stage investment ecosystem. The facility primarily delivers tailored Technical Assistance (TA) to Venture Capital (VC) fund managers—assisting with fund structuring, portfolio management, and fundraising—as well as to their investee companies, focusing on governance, business strategy, and scalable growth.
Building upon the remarkable success of Phase 1, which supported EUR 80 million in direct EIB investments and mobilized an additional EUR 400 million across multiple fund managers and startups, Phase 2 is expected to run for four years starting in late 2026.
