About the Role
As our Storekeeper, you will be at the heart of our daily operational logistics. You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, receiving incoming supplies, keeping meticulous inventory records, resolving discrepancies swiftly, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming supplies and materials accurately.
- Keep precise inventory records and update digital inventory management systems in real-time.
- Resolve any inventory discrepancies proactively and promptly.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages of essential materials.
- Pack, label, and organize items systematically.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of materials to various departments.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a B.Sc. degree from a recognized institution.
- Bring a minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar operational role.
- Demonstrate strong data-entry accuracy and proficiency with inventory systems.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
