The Opportunity: LPG Filler
We are searching for a dedicated and meticulous LPG Filler to be a vital part of our operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. As an LPG Filler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient filling of LPG cylinders, strictly adhering to all safety standards and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Actively engage with customers to facilitate the sale of cooking gas, ensuring a positive experience.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Strictly adhere to all HSE standard regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Equipment Operation: Skillfully operate all relevant machines and equipment necessary for the filling process.
- Inventory Management: Diligently fill the Logbook daily, recording essential data such as inventory levels, temperature, pressure readings, and sales figures.
- Safety Checks: Conduct thorough safety checks of cylinders, vessels, and other plant equipment to ensure they meet operational safety standards.
- Accurate Weighing: Precisely weigh cylinders to ensure correct fill levels and product integrity.
- Reporting: Promptly identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the Plant Supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within all plant areas.
- Maintenance Support: Provide support for various maintenance activities as required, contributing to the longevity and efficiency of plant equipment.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Be flexible and prepared to undertake any other related functions as deemed necessary by management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification.
- Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn.
- Location Requirement: It is compulsory for interested candidates to reside within the environs of Tunga, Minna, ensuring ease of commute and local familiarity.
