The Role

The Regional Store Coordinator will play a vital role in our operational success by ensuring our business units are fully equipped for expansion. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory, coordinating logistics with third-party transporters, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence across our regional stores.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Track, report, and manage stock levels at the regional level, ensuring accuracy through serial-based scanning and regular physical audits.
Logistics Coordination: Manage efficient and cost-effective shipping to various Sun King stores, liaising with transport partners.
Team Leadership: Train and support Store Executives (SSEs), ensuring they maintain store standards, compliance, and proper operational procedures.
Reporting: Provide detailed weekly inventory and marketing reports to HQ, ensuring data integrity and operational transparency.
Compliance & Quality Control: Oversee store etiquette, handle faulty product returns, and investigate any stock discrepancies or losses.

Who We Are Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to multitask effectively.
