The Role
As a Store Executive, you will be the backbone of our local operations, ensuring our performance targets are met through meticulous inventory management, effective repair coordination, and exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of solar solutions that empower communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of stock, including receipt, FIFO-based issuance, daily cycle counts, and monthly stock takes.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate online logs for Goods Received and Issued, providing daily stock reports to key stakeholders.
- Technical Support & Repairs: Take custody of repair tools, perform diagnostic checks on faulty units, and conduct in-warranty repairs.
- Store Operations: Keep the shop floor organized, maintain safety standards, and act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory or store management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
