The Role

As a Store Executive, you will serve as the heartbeat of our local operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our store meets performance targets, maintains inventory accuracy, and provides top-tier support to our customers and internal field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Mastery: Manage stock movements using FIFO standards, perform daily cycle counts, and ensure that our Goods Received and Issued logs are always current.
Operations Reporting: Generate daily stock reports to ensure stakeholders have the data they need to keep the supply chain moving.
Technical Support & Repairs: Take custody of repair tools, perform basic diagnostics on faulty units, and manage spare parts inventories to minimize downtime.
Store Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace that reflects the professional standards of the Sun King brand.
Customer Service: Act as the face of Sun King by welcoming walk-in customers and resolving technical queries with efficiency and empathy.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who combine technical aptitude with a heart for service. You are a strong candidate if you possess:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and proven report-writing skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
