Job Summary
Lumos is currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive individuals to join our team as Stock Count Auditors. This is a vital, one-off project involving physical stock counting and the validation of inventory records across designated locations nationwide. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our nationwide stock records through physical verification, helping us maintain operational excellence and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Physical Inventory Verification: Conduct systematic physical counts of all assigned stock and inventory items at designated locations.
- System Reconciliation: Compare physical stock counts against system-recorded inventory numbers to identify discrepancies.
- Variance Reporting: Meticulously document, investigate, and report any inventory variances or discrepancies discovered during the process.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit a clear, concise, and structured audit report detailing your findings and observations.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to all provided audit guidelines, safety protocols, and reporting timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in stock counting, inventory management, warehousing, or audit activities is highly preferred and considered a distinct advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills and precision when handling large volumes of items.
- Independence and Efficiency: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
- Geographic Location: Candidates must reside in or around the specific audit locations listed for this exercise.
