Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the Bank's client base.
- Drive deposit mobilization by attracting and retaining individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and financial advisory support.
- Promote the Bank's products and services, including savings, investment, and loan offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding assigned SME business targets through customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and portfolio management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly deposits and loan products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth.
