The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our loan portfolio growth. This is a strategic role that requires not only strong sales acumen but also a sophisticated understanding of lending products. You will be responsible for acquiring high-value individual, SME, and corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, and effective lead generation.
- Portfolio Growth: Take ownership of loan disbursement targets, ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified applications.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to prospective clients, matching them with the right financing solutions tailored to their business or personal needs.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and continuous referrals.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with credit and operations teams to streamline the loan approval and disbursement process.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of robust experience in loan sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial services or fintech industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and disbursement targets.
- Deep knowledge of the loan lifecycle, including credit assessment and SME/corporate lending processes.
- Superior negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
