In this role, you will be the architect of our procurement roadmap. You will work at the intersection of Operations, Finance, and IT to secure reliable supply chains, drive cost-efficiency, and improve our working capital. Key Pillars of the Role

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute 3-5 year procurement strategies that align with our ambitious growth and margin targets.
Category Excellence: Drive sourcing excellence across direct and indirect categories, including raw materials, logistics, and IT, using rigorous TCO analysis.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Develop a high-performing supplier portfolio, implement performance scorecards, and lead initiatives to improve local and regional partner capabilities.
Financial Impact: Directly contribute to the P&L by achieving year-on-year savings, optimizing payment terms, and minimizing inventory risks.
Process & Digital Transformation: Champion the use of modern ERP and e-sourcing tools to streamline the Procure-to-Pay process and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Governance: Ensure ethical standards, policy compliance, and audit-ready documentation across all procurement functions.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Finance, with an MBA/MSc being a distinct advantage. We require at least 6 years of relevant procurement experience, particularly in manufacturing or industrial settings. Proficiency in ERP systems (like Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics (Excel/Power BI) is essential.
