The Role

You will be responsible for delivering value-added insights that strengthen the performance of our diverse categories and brands. By supporting long-term financial planning and evaluating critical commercial opportunities, you will act as a key advisor to our Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust medium- and long-term financial roadmaps for our brand portfolio.
- Financial Evaluation: Lead scenario analyses for product innovation and new market entries to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Budget Stewardship: Track, calculate, and report on marketing investment budgets, ensuring transparency and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed Brand P&Ls, profit-sharing reconciliations, and variance reports to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear financial storytelling to non-finance audiences.
Who You Are
We are seeking a proactive and intellectually curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a relevant finance role, preferably within the FMCG sector or a multinational corporation.
- Technical Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in advanced Excel financial modeling and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP/BW.
- Analytical Rigor: The ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Communication Skills: A talent for communicating financial outcomes to stakeholders in Marketing and Commercial departments, effectively challenging assumptions to improve processes.
