Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial transactions and comprehensive accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, payments, accruals, and other essential accounting documents.
• Perform meticulous bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.
• Monitor, review, and properly allocate business expenses.
• Actively support Accounts Payable and Receivable activities.
• Review financial transactions and promptly resolve any accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal accounting policies and local tax regulations.
• Maintain well-organized financial documentation and filing systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
• Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), retail, FMCG, hospitality, or other multi-site businesses is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of core accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting standards.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting/ERP software.
• Active progress toward or completion of professional certifications such as ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage.
