The Role

As a Relationship Officer, you will serve as the heartbeat of our financial inclusion efforts. You will be responsible for managing relationships with various associations, driving customer acquisition, and overseeing loan disbursements within your assigned locality. Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and onboard new markets, driving loan disbursements and product adoption.
Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison with association leaders, ensuring trust, resolving concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and marketing departments to execute localized campaigns that boost conversion rates.
Performance Excellence: Monitor your own KPIs, including sales targets, loan collections, and pipeline performance to ensure sustainable growth.

Who We Are Looking For

We value candidates who are resilient, community-focused, and eager to grow within the financial sector. The ideal candidate possesses:

A minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in any field.
1 to 3 years of proven sales experience within the financial services industry.
Previous experience in lending or collections is considered a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
