About the Role

The Regional Store Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring that our regional business units have the necessary capacity and inventory to thrive. You will report to the Zonal Store Manager and work closely with our field teams to maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels at the regional warehouse and coordinate stock receipts with our headquarters.
Oversee the logistics of shipping goods to Sun King stores, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Maintain precise serial-based inventory tracking and report any shortages, theft, or losses.
Perform regular physical inventory counts and manage the return process for faulty products.
Train and support Store Executives (SSEs) to ensure store compliance, cleanliness, and operational accuracy.
Prepare weekly stock and marketing reports for leadership review.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management, ideally within a multinational organization.
Skills: Exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or inventory management systems is essential.
Attributes: You are a result-oriented team player who can multitask, build strong stakeholder relationships, and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
