About the Role

The Regional Store Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our regional warehouse operations run efficiently. You will serve as the bridge between our central headquarters and our various retail stores, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting our Store Executives. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires on-site presence to oversee physical stock, logistics, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage regional warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate reporting of incoming and outgoing goods.
Coordinate with third-party transporters to guarantee cost-effective and timely delivery of stock.
Maintain rigorous serial-number tracking for all Sun King inventory.
Prepare comprehensive weekly stock reports and ensure all retail locations maintain high standards of etiquette and compliance.
Perform regular physical inventory counts and manage the return process for faulty products.
Train and support Store Executives (SSEs) to ensure operational success across the region.
Investigate and report on any stock discrepancies, losses, or thefts.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to take ownership of regional operations. The ideal profile includes:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of progressive work experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain, ideally within a multinational environment.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Competencies: Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills. You must be results-oriented with the ability to build effective relationships across various teams.
