About the Role

As our Property Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in assessing property worth across residential, commercial, and industrial portfolios. Your expertise will directly guide our clients, investors, and financial institutions in making informed decisions regarding sales, purchases, leases, mortgages, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive physical inspections of properties to evaluate their condition, features, and marketability.
Performing accurate comparative market analysis utilizing recent sales data, replacement costs, and rental income.
Preparing detailed, compliant valuation reports in strict accordance with the standards of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
Advising stakeholders on fair market values for insurance, taxation, loan collateral, and acquisitions.
Submitting regular progress and sales-driven reports using Google Workspace tools.
Collaborating with real estate advisory and marketing teams to support revenue generation strategies.
Staying updated on Nigerian property laws, zoning policies, and broader economic trends.
Maintaining an organized database of market trends and comparable sales while upholding strict ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of an HND or relevant professional qualification.
2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in property valuation or a closely related real estate field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Thorough knowledge of NIESV standards and Nigerian real estate regulations.
