Key Responsibilities
- Processing of PAAR using soft copies of documents logged on remedy.
- Scanning of physical shipping documents for PAAR issuance.
- Maintaining an up-to-date pending PAAR register and keeping track of pending items for relationship managers.
- Handling all requests concerning PAAR amendments and cancellations.
- Tracking unregistered and queried PAAR and submitting daily pending reports to Customs.
- Generating schedules of outstanding shipping documents and advising relevant units via email.
- Resolving PAAR-related queries in a timely manner and proffering appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring all processing charges are debited on time while strictly adhering to SLAs and procedures.
- Escalating exceptions to team leaders or unit heads for prompt resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. in any related discipline (Must be Second Class Lower / 2.2 or above; Third Class or Pass will not be considered).
- Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing payments and trade.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, results-oriented, strong customer focus, and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proximity: Must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
