Key Responsibilities

Processing of PAAR using soft copies of documents logged on remedy.
Scanning of physical shipping documents for PAAR issuance.
Maintaining an up-to-date pending PAAR register and keeping track of pending items for relationship managers.
Handling all requests concerning PAAR amendments and cancellations.
Tracking unregistered and queried PAAR and submitting daily pending reports to Customs.
Generating schedules of outstanding shipping documents and advising relevant units via email.
Resolving PAAR-related queries in a timely manner and proffering appropriate solutions.
Ensuring all processing charges are debited on time while strictly adhering to SLAs and procedures.
Escalating exceptions to team leaders or unit heads for prompt resolution.

Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Sc. in any related discipline (Must be Second Class Lower / 2.2 or above; Third Class or Pass will not be considered).
Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing payments and trade.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, results-oriented, strong customer focus, and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proximity: Must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
