In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, engaging directly with entrepreneurs, market leaders, and thrift collectors to bring the power of TranSave to their businesses. This is a field-based, target-driven opportunity perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving tangible growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to assigned markets, commercial hubs, and thrift collection routes.
Identify and engage prospective partners, including shop owners, traders, and daily 'ajo' collectors.
Deliver compelling presentations on the benefits of the TranSave Partner Programme.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of the TranSave mobile app and guide new users through the onboarding process.
Educate partners on utilizing our advanced credit, savings, and collection management tools.
Consistently meet and exceed daily activation targets.
Prepare and submit accurate daily reports to assist with team progress tracking and debriefs.

Requirements for Success

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or agent/customer acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Deep knowledge of local Nigerian markets and informal commercial/thrift networks.
Confidence and professionalism when interacting with business owners and agents.
Technical proficiency with smartphone applications and a reliable personal smartphone.
A self-driven, target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in SME credit and loan sales is highly desirable.
