The Operations Specialist role is central to our operational excellence. You will be the guardian of data integrity, the orchestrator of cross-functional coordination, and a key manager of our CRM and proprietary fintech platforms. Your work will directly impact our backend logistics, from seamless onboarding processes and rigorous KYC compliance to meticulous commission tracking, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

A Deep Dive into Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

Data & System Administration: You will be responsible for the accuracy and meticulous maintenance of all critical sales, agent, and dealer data across our CRM and proprietary fintech platforms. Your commitment to data integrity will be paramount in supporting strategic decisions.
Onboarding & Compliance (KYC): You will streamline and execute the end-to-end onboarding workflow for new agents and dealers. This includes conducting rigid Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications to ensure complete compliance with regulatory standards, facilitating rapid yet secure growth.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with various internal teams – from Sales to Customer Service – to identify bottlenecks and optimize daily workflow efficiency. Your collaborative approach will be key to fostering a cohesive and productive environment.
Incentive Tracking & Reconciliation: Take ownership of auditing, tracking, and reconciling sales commissions, performance tiers, and incentive payouts. Your precision will guarantee transparency and accuracy in our reward systems, motivating our network effectively.
