About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Trade Finance to oversee the structuring of complex financial solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing commodity-backed trade solutions, managing export finance structures, and facilitating long-term offtake partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Structuring and executing export finance and prepayment transactions.
Managing complex trade flows within the critical minerals sector.
Building and maintaining long-term offtake partnerships.
Ensuring rigorous compliance with international trade documentation standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in trade or commodity finance.
Deep technical understanding of export documentation and structured trade flows.
Proven ability to manage high-value commodity finance transactions.
Existing professional relationships within the banking and commodity finance sectors are highly preferred.
