Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new loan customers through effective field marketing and strategic referrals.
Promote and sell the company's competitive loan products to eligible individuals and businesses.
Conduct preliminary credit assessments and ensure the proper, accurate documentation of all loan applications.
Follow up seamlessly on loan disbursements and monitor timely repayments.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and financial transactions.
Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies, guidelines, and procedures at all times.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
Proven professional experience in sales, preferably within the banking, fintech, or microfinance sector.
Strong, persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
A highly target-driven personality with a genuine passion for sales and business growth.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
In-depth knowledge of the local market and business environment in the North or North-Central regions.
