Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new loan customers through targeted field marketing and effective referrals.
Promote and sell the company's competitive loan products to eligible individuals and local businesses.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and ensure the proper, compliant documentation of all loan applications.
Follow up proactively on loan disbursements and manage repayment schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory procedures.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and repeat business.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
Proven professional experience in sales, preferably within the banking or microfinance sector.
Strong, persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Highly target-driven with a genuine passion for sales and business growth.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Sound knowledge of the local Kaduna market and surrounding business environment.
