Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through targeted field marketing and strategic referrals.
- Promote and sell our innovative loan products to eligible individuals and local businesses.
- Conduct foundational credit assessments and ensure the proper, compliant documentation of all loan applications.
- Follow up proactively on loan disbursements and manage repayment processes smoothly.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and financial transactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with the company's credit policies and established procedures.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc degree in any relevant discipline.
- Proven, hands-on experience in sales, preferably within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Strong, persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-driven with an inherent passion for sales and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment in Edo State.
