BorderlessHR is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Funds and Mobilisation Manager on behalf of our esteemed client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving liquidity, sourcing strategic funds, and shaping the financial growth of an innovative institution.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing capital from individual and corporate clients, actively promoting lucrative investment products, and building robust, long-lasting investor relationships. You will support a diverse range of financial solutions, including working capital, contract finance, lease finance, invoice discounting, personal loans, bridge finance, and loan syndication.
Key Responsibilities
- Funds Mobilization & Business Development: Spearhead strategies to mobilize funds from individual and corporate clients, uncover new funding sources, and execute client acquisition initiatives through cold and warm calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate deep relationships with investors, manage high-value client portfolios to guarantee retention, and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Investment & Portfolio Support: Recommend profitable opportunities for excess liquidity, diversify funding streams to mitigate risk, and analyze ongoing market trends.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and performance updates to executive management.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. A Master's degree or a relevant professional certification will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in treasury or investment, backed by a proven track record in fund mobilization and treasury product sales.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional sales and business development acumen, strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of financial products, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
