The Role

As the Head of Operations, you will be the cornerstone of our service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are not only efficient and effective but strictly compliant with institutional policies and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the high quality of service that our clients have come to expect from Westfield Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage cash operations, customer service, and funds transfer activities to guarantee timely delivery.
Team Leadership: Equip staff with the necessary tools, ensure full compliance with bank policies, and maintain a culture of courtesy and promptness.
Financial Stewardship: Implement budget and cost control measures while monitoring all expense lines.
Compliance & Security: Ensure proper documentation, manage vault security, oversee account opening processes, and handle statutory returns.
E-Business Management: Supervise online banking services, card product issuance, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting: Provide accurate and timely operational reports for both internal management and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency and managerial acumen:

A First Degree (Second Class Lower minimum) or HND (Upper Credit division) in any discipline.
At least five years of solid experience in Banking Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
Deep understanding of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Professional certifications in management are highly preferred.
