Role Overview

As the Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for developing an operational framework that aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. Your primary mission will be to maintain robust client relationships and deliver specialized financial solutions that directly contribute to the organization's profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to the department, ensuring all operational targets are met.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and executing effective marketing plans.
Supervise and mentor Team Leads to maximize department output and individual growth.
Deepen client relationships to increase the Bank’s share of wallet.
Oversee risk asset growth while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and external regulations.
Coordinate with internal Head Office units to streamline service delivery and cross-functional synergy.
Manage team culture and oversee talent development, including identifying recruitment and training gaps.

Candidate Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, or 15 years of total banking experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
In-depth expertise in financial analysis, business law, trade services, and banking operations.
Proven track record in credit analysis, sales, relationship management, and commercial product development.
Strong analytical skills regarding economic trends and their impact on the financial sector.
Previous experience working with the Public Sector is considered a significant advantage.
