The Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with corporate growth and long-term sustainability.
Financial Planning & Control: Oversee the annual budgeting process, lead financial forecasting, and implement stringent cost-control measures.
Performance Management: Provide actionable insights through timely financial statements and data-driven dashboards to guide decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a distinct advantage).
Mandatory professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
10–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven track record in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or complex multi-unit operations.
