About the Role

As our Finance Manager for FP&A, you will serve as a critical business partner to senior management and executives. You will be responsible for providing the deep analysis and actionable insights needed to drive major business decisions. From leading the annual budgeting process to managing cash flow forecasts, variance analyses, and strategic business planning cycles, your work will directly influence our profitability, growth, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the annual budgeting process for P&L and cash flow, complete with detailed variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow forecast models and rolling forecasts, ensuring delivery within strict timelines.
• Deliver strategic business planning cycles to support sustainability and growth objectives.
• Engage continuously with cross-functional teams to maximize forecast accuracy and improve information pipelines.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses, build forward-looking financial models, and offer strategic guidance to drive operational efficiencies.
• Monitor top-line contributions by key SKUs, optimize COGS, and collaborate on financial models for new projects.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to automate manual processes and build customized dashboard reports.
• Support the Commercial Team by evaluating product launches, pricing, promotional activities, and direct marketing expenditures to boost Net Sales Revenue and GP growth.
• Evaluate trade discount incentive proposals, conduct pack profitability and portfolio management analyses, and assess expansion opportunities.
• Assist with month-end close processes and act as a subject matter expert and finance business partner across business units.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of solid experience within a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (e.g., ICAN or a similar professional body).
• Strong command of Excel and advanced data analysis capabilities.
• A solid understanding of core accounting concepts and modern financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with sizeable ERP systems such as SAP or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
