About the Role
As a Field Recovery Officer, you will play a vital role in the company's financial operations. You will be responsible for recovering loan repayments and savings from clients within your assigned locations. While doing so, you will maintain professional relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the high-quality standards of Royal Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients at designated locations for loan and savings recovery.
- Follow up on overdue accounts professionally, respectfully, and ethically.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial repayment plans where necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and collections.
- Submit daily field activity and recovery reports to management.
- Represent the company professionally in all field-related operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
