The Role

As a Coverage Manager, you will be at the heart of our institutional sales function. Your primary mission is to manage high-level client and investor relationships, facilitating the distribution of capital market instruments and transaction offerings. You will act as a bridge between the firm and key institutional players, including pension funds, asset managers, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at various investor groups.
Strategic Outreach: Engage with local and international investors, including venture capital funds and development finance institutions, to ensure the success of complex transactions.
Pipeline Development: Manage a robust pipeline of institutional investors and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Transaction Support: Prepare professional sales presentations, lead roadshows, and provide critical market intelligence to our execution teams.
Operational Excellence: Support the Managing Director in monitoring daily project activities while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Who We Are Looking For

We value expertise, drive, and analytical depth. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally within investment banking, asset management, or capital markets.
Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with professional designations such as ACA, ACCA, ACS, CFA, or CAIA.
Certification: You must be a SEC Sponsored Individual.
Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a deep understanding of financial products such as Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Equities.
