Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities to support organizational growth.
Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
Manage liquidity, working capital optimization, and critical banking relationships.
Evaluate potential investments, capital projects, strategic acquisitions, and partnerships.
Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives.
Provide actionable financial insights and advisory to executive leadership for informed decision-making.
Ensure stringent compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management across all operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CFA qualification is strictly required.
An MBA is considered a strong added advantage.
8 to 12 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
Strong, demonstrable expertise in advanced financial modeling, valuation, and complex financial analysis.
Prior experience working in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantageous asset.
