Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce internal control measures to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.
- Investigate operational issues, discrepancies, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare operational and control reports for management review to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and accurate reporting across all departments.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and security incidents.
- Support management in implementing operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, internal control, compliance, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of internal control principles and operational processes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
