Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business growth across all company subsidiaries.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous financial planning processes.
- Operational Oversight: Manage cash flow, working capital, and accurate financial reporting.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements while strengthening internal controls.
- Business Insight: Leverage deep financial analysis to drive profitability and inform executive-level decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team while acting as a key partner to the executive management board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage.
- Must hold a recognized professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles; previous experience in the banking sector is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, tax management, and internal governance.
- Outstanding leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
