Role Overview

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will act as a core strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Team. This pivotal role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of steering the company's financial growth agenda. The successful candidate will drive profitability, enhance cash flow management, solidify internal controls, navigate enterprise risk, and position the organization for rapid regional and technological expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership: Design and execute multi-year financial strategy across Cloud, Network Infrastructure, Broadband, and Managed Services. Advise the CEO on capital allocation, pricing, and new market entry.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance: Lead annual budgeting, introduce rolling forecasts, and strengthen financial discipline across all organizational units.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity, manage banking relationships, and direct receivables and payables processes.
Capital Raise & Investment Management: Drive equity, debt, and infrastructure financing initiatives. Oversee project financing for major expansions, including cloud availability zones and AI GPU clusters.
Operations, Tax & Compliance: Manage comprehensive accounting operations, ensure IFRS compliance, oversee audits, and prevent financial leakages.
Revenue Assurance & Pricing: Implement pricing models, establish financial guardrails for contracts, and optimize margins.
Procurement & Cost Optimization: Govern procurement processes to ensure high value-for-money, leading vendor negotiations with OEMs and tech partners.
Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing finance team built on accountability, transparency, and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
An MBA or key professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent is required.
10–15 years of corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in an executive leadership capacity (e.g., CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance).
Strong preference for candidates with experience in the technology, cloud services, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated experience in capital raises, treasury management, and stakeholder relations.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, taxation regulations, and compliance standards.
