Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and untapped business opportunities.
- Promote Leap Microfinance’s diverse range of products and services to prospective clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and business growth targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit comprehensive periodic sales reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of solid experience working in a commercial bank, microfinance bank, or financial institution, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
- A proven ability to consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales and business development targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
