Principal Accountabilities & Objectives
- Maintain accurate customer billing records and process all billing transactions.
- Monitor customer accounts by tracking invoice statuses and managing past-due invoices and failed billings.
- Issue billing adjustments and ensure all credit notes are accurately prepared and up-to-date.
- Interface with internal customer service and departments (including Account staff, Business Development, and Service Management) to resolve inquiries.
- Ensure customer contracts perfectly align with active billing and that all active circuit IDs on the network are successfully billed.
- Investigate and resolve missing or conflicting billing and meter data.
- Report process flow issues directly to the Billing Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in any Social Sciences or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong numerical aptitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills, paired with a positive attitude.
- Work Ethic: Exceptional multitasking abilities, resilience under pressure, and a proven ability to thrive as a collaborative team player within a multi-cultural environment.
