Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational standards, and internal control frameworks across various business units.
- Conduct regular financial and operational audits to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or non-compliance issues.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely audit reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with different departments to monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Participate in stock counts, asset verifications, and reviews of supply chain and central kitchen processes.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in internal audit, compliance, or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
