Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate, Finance Operations, you will serve as a key pillar in our financial reporting cycle. Your daily contributions will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our deliverables, including:

Quality Assurance: Serving as the first line of review for reconciliations, month-end closes, and tax schedules.
Data Integrity: Ensuring every figure is verified against source records before reporting.
Reporting: Crafting clear, insightful monthly reports that translate financial data into actionable business intelligence.
Mentorship: Providing constructive feedback to Analysts to foster their professional development and improve team accuracy.
Project Management: Managing multiple client deadlines simultaneously, ensuring the entire monthly cycle is executed efficiently.

Requirements for Success

We are looking for candidates who possess both technical expertise and the soft skills required to lead. Key qualifications include:

A strong foundation in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax, with proven hands-on experience.
The ability to translate complex financial figures into clear, explanatory narratives.
A professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) or steady progress toward certification is highly regarded.
Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Zoho Books is a significant advantage).
An exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies that others might overlook.
