About the Role

This position is designed for individuals ready for a clear path to senior leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and administrative backbone of the organization, ensuring robust fiscal health and seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital.
Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements.
Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities.
Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives.
Support oversight of admin functions—vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations.
Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives.
Support the Managing Director on strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: ICAN/ACCA qualified.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or operations.
Expertise: Strong background in treasury and liquidity management, alongside proven experience managing relationships with regulators.
Industry Bonus: A background in financial services or a SEC-related regulated entity/industry is considered a strong plus.
Ambition: Demonstrated readiness to grow into a senior leadership role.
