The Role: Analyst - Sales Support

Reporting directly to the Manager - Trade Partner Support within the Finance Division, your primary mission will be to develop, document, and enhance business processes and technology for the Corporate Supply Chain. This position is critical to driving operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and business agility within MTN's sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Analyst - Sales Support, your duties will include:

Process Monitoring & Optimization: Track key business processes, identify operational constraints or gaps, and recommend solutions to achieve service excellence and cost-efficiency.
Standardization: Review sales operations business systems and adopt frameworks to optimize work methods, ensuring high quality of service across all operating processes.
KPI Management: Collaborate with process owners to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish pragmatic targets and measurement frequencies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine process and quality assurance audits to guarantee compliance with MTN's approved practices and standards.
Data & Reporting: Generate detailed reports, manage process-related data, and liaise with the Information Systems (IS) team to ensure seamless integration of business reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Education: A first degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field. Professional fluency in English is required.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in an area of specialization, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in medium-to-large organizations.
Core Skills: Strong background in Credit Administration, Risk Management, Debt Recovery, and Key Account Management.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in data management, reporting, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
