About the Role

As our Accountant, you will serve as the backbone of our financial operations. You will be responsible for managing the organization's financial health, ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately, and providing the strategic insights necessary for sound decision-making. Your role will involve close collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure cost optimization and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records in strict compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee daily transaction recording, including sales, expenses, and payments.
Manage general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
Analyze financial performance to highlight key business trends and provide actionable insights.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain proper tax documentation.
Liaise effectively with tax consultants and relevant regulatory authorities.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated professional who brings both technical expertise and industry awareness to our firm:

Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Hospitality, Spa & Wellness, Beauty, Retail, FMCG, or Service-based businesses is highly advantageous.
Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
