Role Description

The Accountant will play a critical role in managing our day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for recording transactions, preparing journal entries, maintaining accurate general ledger accounts, and supporting overall financial health. This full-time, on-site position requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders across operations, procurement, and management to ensure sound financial practices and robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost and production accounting across all inventory types (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods).
Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and profitability reports by product and client.
Maintain accurate double-entry books with a disciplined and timely month-end close.
Handle the full Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, vendor reconciliation, and payment terms.
Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets across various departments.
Ensure strict tax compliance and manage all statutory filings.
Enforce tight internal controls across all accounting and financial processes.
Lead and grow the accounts function as our organization scales.
Communicate vital financial insights clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
