Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable.
Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
Monitor cash flow dynamics and prepare timely reports.
Process payroll and ensure accurate statutory remittances.
Develop budgets and track performance against set financial targets.
Ensure full compliance with relevant tax laws and reporting standards.
Coordinate with auditors and maintain rigorous internal financial controls.
Identify potential financial risks and offer proactive solutions to improve cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Mandatory professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or ICAN).
Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, with preference given to those from the agricultural, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex financial problems.
